Sinnvoller Aufbau

Wir bilden seit Jahren Imker aus. Dieser Kurs baut auf den Erfahrungen etlicher Kurse auf. In diesem Kurs lernst Du in der Praxis, alle durch das Jahr anfallenden Arbeiten durchzuführen. Als Vorkenntnisse reicht es, unseren Theoriekurs besucht zu haben oder im Folgejahr zu besuchen. Den Rest lernst Du hier. Der Kurs ist ideal auf Anfänger*innen abgestimmt.


Moderne Imkerei

In vielen Kursen wird leider veraltetes Wissen vermittelt. Wir vermitteln eine zeitgemäße, einfache und an den Bienen orientierte Art der Imkerei am Puls der Zeit.

 

Bienenorientiert

Wir arbeiten mit Schwärmen und Naturwabenbau. In unserem Kurs steht die Biene im Mittelpunkt - nicht der Imker.


Ökologisch und Wesensgemäß

Wir vermitteln eine ökologische und wesensgemäße Imkerei. Wir verzichten komplett auf synthetische Bienenmedikamente und auch auf die scharfe Ameisensäure!


Imkern Hautnah

Wir vermitteln das Imkern ohne Schutzkleidung. So macht das Imkern noch mehr Spaß und man ist viel, viel näher dran an den Bienen. 


Vernetzung

Die Vernetzung mit den anderen Kursteilnehmer*innen auch nach Kursende unterstützt den Lernerfolg und Wissensaustausch. Die Gruppe wird eine WhatsApp Gruppe gründen. Dort ist auch Raum für Fragen zwischendurch.


Entscheidungsfreiheit

Der Kurs ist nicht festgelegt auf ein bestimmtes Beutensystem. Du kannst selbst entscheiden, mit welcher Bienenbehausung Du imkern möchtest.

Wir zeigen Dir verschiedene Wege zum eigenen Bienenvolk auf.


Begrenzte Teilnehmerzahl

Um eine hohe Lerndichte sicher zu stellen ist die Teilnehmerzahl begrenzt. Somit ist immer genügend Zeit für alle Fragen. Die Plätze werden nach Buchungsreihenfolge vergeben. Erfahrungsgemäß sind unsere Kurse früher oder später ausgebucht! Warte nicht zu lange mit Deiner Anmeldung.

 

Wenn nicht anders erwähnt, finden die Praxistermine bei uns in der Imkerei am Ahnekamp 29, in 31137 Hildesheim-Himmelsthür statt.

Es wird keine Extra Bestätigung per Post verschickt. Die Bestellbestätigung per Mail gilt als Eintrittskarte. Teilnahme nur nach erfolgter Bezahlung vor Kursbeginn.


Wenn Du für mehr als eine Person buchen möchtest, kannst Du später in der Bestellübersicht die Anzahl beliebig verändern.

 

Bitte beachten: Sollte jemand an einem oder mehreren Kurstagen fehlen, besteht kein Anspruch auf Erstattung oder Nachholen. Wir bieten aber an, den gleichen Termin im Folgejahr ohne zusätzliche Kosten zu besuchen. Bis 14 Tage vor Kursbeginn berechnen wir eine Stornogebühr von 50,- €, danach von 50% des Kurspreises. Teilnahme auf eigene Gefahr. Mindestteilnehmerzahl sind 10 Personen. Bei Bedarf ist eigene Schutzkleidung mitzubringen. Es kann eventuell phänologisch bedingt zu zeitlichen Verschiebungen bei den angesetzten Terminen und Themen kommen. Sollte der Kurs aufgrund von höherer Gewalt nicht stattfinden können, besteht kein Erstattungsanspruch.

While not extensive, Powlison's, "The Pastor as Counselor," didn't need to be. In all likelihood, a pastor trying to exercise his office such that he would pick up a book like this doesn't have a lot of time for extended works, so this little booklet is a good B-12 shot in the heart reminder to what pastors are and what we're called to do: counsel. It's worth the thirty minutes or so, for your sake and your people's.

Dangerously deluded ideas about mental health
Format: Paperback
This book wants to convince the reader (presumably a pastor or religious leader of some variation) that as a christian they possess special powers that are the only true way to help people struggling with life, mental health, meaning, etc.. It repeatedly attacks mental health professionals as being incapable of addressing the real problems people face, while reinforcing pastors with the deluded belief that they alone hold the answers that others need in a counseling situation. Never mind that some of these mental health professionals he disparages have spent 4, 8, even 12+ years studying their subjects to become experts capable of giving the best possible, science-based mental health support. It suggests that you, as the reader, with a theology degree (perhaps not even that, maybe you are simply a volunteer in a church youth group or other church program) hold greater qualifications to address the real problems people are facing. Trying to setup a dichotomy of "christian counseling" vs "secular mental health professionals" also neglects the fact that many of these "secular professionals" are believing christians themselves, who know there is a time and place for everything and injecting religion isn't always the appropriate response. Of course many pastors & religious leaders have genuinely helped people's lives and well being (in addition to many who are doing the opposite..) But to suggest that the real professionals who devote their lives to these subjects have nothing of value to offer people struggling, while simultaneously empowering the reader with the idea that they possess some secret knowledge despite having no expertise, is a dangerous precedent. A more balanced approach might say that religious leaders of all stripes can have a role to play in counseling & mental health, while also having the humility to realize the limitations of being a non-expert. At the same time there are experts who also have a place in helping people with these issues, and it doesn't need to be some sort of competition as he frames it. People of all religions, cultures, and backgrounds have benefitted from both a scientific approach the author attempts to criticize, and from the christian centered approach he endorses.
