In der Nase Aromen, die an gelbe Früchte erinnern, reife gelbe und rote Äpfel dominieren, gefolgt von Steinobst wie Aprikose und Mirabelle, würzigen und kräutrigen Noten runden sowie gerösteten Walnüssen und Mandeln.
Am Gaumen ein Mix aus orientalischer Würze und mediterraner Kräutrigkeit, die Frucht ist da, aber eher zurückhaltend mit schöner Säurestruktur. Ein ausbalancierter und spannender Schaumwein!
