Ingwerbier ist ein kohlesäurehaltiges, fermentiertes und ganz leicht alkoholhaltiges Erfrischungsgetränk mit kräftig, scharfem Ingwer Geschmack. Die Herstellung basiert auf einem Gärprozess mit einer speziellen Kefir Kultur - der sogenannten Ginger Bug (Ingwer Bug). Anders als beim Wasserkefir kommen aber zwei entscheidende Zutaten ins Spiel: Der scharfe und gesunde Ingwer , ein asiatischer Muntermacher, sowie die mineralstoffreiche Zuckerrohrmelasse . Diese wird bei der Herstellung von Rohrzucker ausgesondert um dem Zucker eine schöne weisse Farbe zu geben. Alle wertvollen Vitalstoffe, die im weissen Zucker nicht mehr vorhanden sind, befinden sich in der naturbelassenen, unraffinierten Melasse : wichtige Spurenelemente wie Kalium, Calcium, Magnesium und Eisen, sowie Phosphor, Kupfer und Chrom. EINKAUFSZETTEL - Das benötigen Sie für eine Ginger Beer-Produktion zur Startkultur dazu: Die Kefir-Kultur/Ginger Bug besteht aus sogenannten Kefir-Kristallen: rötlich-bräunliche Klümpchen in verschiedener Form und Grösse. Mit den richtigen Lebensbedingungen und guter Pflege vermehren sich die Kefir-Kristalle recht schnell. Dabei produzieren sie innerhalb von 5-7 Tgen ein köstliches Getränk, das Ginger Beer! Knot their Omega

It took me a day to really get into the book, there is a lot happening in the beginning of the story. I wish there was more of a time frame because I felt like something’s happened quickly but they were farther away than I thought so that was a little confusing to me. I felt like there was so much happening but also not enough.
As for the story itself I enjoyed it, it was different than other OV I’ve read. Bring the tissues, you will need them. They guys were great, I wish we saw more of Kai and Kenjis relationship. As for Nate…… IYKYK.
I enjoyed this book, my first from this author and look forward to reading about Kamaris story.

Has Potential, Poorly Executed

I really really wanted to enjoy this book and was looking forward to reading it. However there were just one too many convoluted plot points, sentences just did not flow nicely at times, and I was left with a lot of confusion on my end. I think it has the bones of being a great story but seems like it was rushed and I had to push myself to finish the last of the book and was left with an unsatisfying ending. It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.

Fun with a late blooming omega

I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book.
Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray.
I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.
