This wide belt sander is engineered for accuracy, durability, and operator safety. Features include photo-electric belt tracking for consistent alignment, pneumatic belt tensioning for reliable performance, and a conveyor table mounted on four 3/4" acme-threaded jackscrews for stability. Two rubber-covered pinch rollers and a rubber-covered contact roller ensure smooth material feeding, while machined idler rollers and a powerful 3/4 HP conveyor motor maintain steady operation. Dual height adjustment indicators make setup simple, and five emergency stops add peace of mind. A 2-1/2" removable platen provides versatility, and the 6" internal dust chute helps keep your shop cleaner.
