Precision perforated I shaped slits open when airflow is present and close when airflow is stopped, which increases durability and longevity, as well as cleanliness. These diffusers offer the lowest back pressure in the market. MD 3W and MD 7W have weighted bases.

MD-3W and MD-7W have weighted bases. MDB11 and MDB22 features a hollow base that can be filled with sand or gravel.
These discs are very low maintenance and in some cases no maintenance. Simply wash the disc with clean water and bleach if it ever needs cleaning.
