The Rising Storm were six students at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, who formed a garage band that performed from 1965 to 1967 and, within this brief time, recorded an amazing album called Calm Before . . . This 45 honors the 2015 50th anniversary of the band's 1965 inception. It is the only authorized vinyl pressing of two of the most powerful original numbers on Calm Before . . . ("I'm Coming Home" and "She Loved Me") since the album's original 1967 release (when only 500 LPs were pressed) and it is also the only 45 of The Rising Storm's music. Remastered sound. Hard cardboard sleeve with never-before-seen pictures and liner notes by Greg Prevost. Limited edition of 400.

The best of many devotionals
Among the many good devotionals we have, my wife and I think this is the best. I made a January 1, 2025, commitment to read it every morning before touching any of my devices. Insightful and encouraging as well as biblical
I've been a Christian for over 40 years. This is hands down the best of ocean life ever read. I've read os won't chambers and Charles spurgeon. And they're great. But what I got from this devotional was a perspective that I had never seen before it challenged my thinking on Grace and Grace living. If anyone is struggling with performance anxiety or general OCD. Focusing on the grace of God can be a great help. Every devotion highlights our need and God's wonderful perfume provision of grace. I can't recommend this devotional enough. In fact it's one of my number one gifts for the people at church.
