The brown band is made from a strong basket weave cotton. I hand cut my peak from a taupe lamb leather and reinforce it with a leather board inside, then finish

I hand cut my peak from a taupe lamb leather and reinforce it with a leather board inside, then finish it off by top stitching on my leather machine. This antique celluloid button was chosen for this cap is from the 1920s
The lining is cut from a olive green taffeta silk which makes the cap very breathable and eliminates hat hair, due to the natural choice of materials.
This medium size bespoke cap will fit comfortably someone who’s head measurement is 22 1/4 to 3/8”.
