Taste: A heavy hit of soaked bourbon and burnt coffee is balanced by rich chocolate notes from the chilli, turning into a spicy leathery pipe tobacco finish. Appearance: Pitch black with a burnt crema head.
Nose: Smooth porridge and maple syrup on the nose, with hints of blackcurrants and smoke gently unfolding from the glass.
