Anyone interested in fishing from a boat will inevitably ask themselves: How do I attach my fishing rods to the boat for maximum flexibility in all directions and, above all, stability? There are solutions, and we've come up with something and turned it into reality. In this video, @mathiscarphunter shows the first finished boat adapters in the series.

Note: In this video, the brackets are still painted and not powder-coated in matte black, like the first batch, which arrived on February 13, 2025, and some of which are already on their way to our customers. They are extremely elegant and technically excellent, as the video below will demonstrate.

Development and production

The boat adapter was developed in collaboration with Oliver Albrecht (@zyrusthc_at _harzcore_fishing) . The parts are manufactured in Germany using CNC milling technology, among other things, and then powder-coated in matte black. The Monsters Paradise Rod Pod serves as the upper part.

Details

  • Manufactured using CNC milling technology, black matt powder coated.
  • Adjustment options in all directions (vertical, horizontal and lateral inclination).
  • Final position stable – no tilting due to bites possible, thanks to the serration.
  • Robust and space-saving U-shape for attachment to the transom with large screws and hand knob.
  • 4 screws for securing the unused legs of the rod pod are included. These are attached to the adapter.
  • 50 cm vertical pole allows fishing from the transom over the boat or tent to the front.
  • many more setting options see videos

Individual adjustments

For even more customization, vertical and horizontal replacement rods (spacers) will be available later upon request. These can be easily replaced using the stainless steel multi-position clamps already integrated into the holder.

Scope of delivery

  • Boat adapter (without upper rod pod bar, without buzzer bars).

compatibility

Here you can find the Monsters Paradise Shore Rod Pod , which is best used as the top part for this boat adapter:

An Essential
Format: Paperback
I've created PowerPoints for executives in major corporations and national non-profits for years now, and this is one of the first books I suggest anyone who needs to create their own PowerPoint look to. Beyond Bullet points is accessable enough that the novice PowerPoint user can understand what's going on and use the lessons in his or her next presentation; it's also detailed and challenging enough that even an old salt like me can find things to learn and do. Don't be another person who stands on stage reading their PowerPoint, and don't let reading your slides distract the audience from your presentation; follow the suggestions in this book and wow your audience.

Bad book for SOA exam, but oh well.
Format: Paperback
While required by Society of Actuaries as the textbook for Short Term Actuarial Models exam, I could not recommend this textbook for any other purposes. Written by two Canadian actuaries, a lot of terms and explanations used in this textbook cannot be transferred into US P&C insurance. It fails to explains insurance's purpose and products effectively and as an intro book with unnecessary sentences to deliver personal thoughts. It is also a mess in following sections on ratemaking and reserving. I cannot sense a flow from this book that guides readers in an approachable manner. Overall, author compromises the size AND the quality.
