This is the AIR 192|4 by M-Audio, your choice for solo performers who want to create flawless 24-bit/192kHz studio-quality recordings with an intuitive and easy-to-use audio interface. With its dedicated XLR+¼” balanced combo input, and an all-new ¼” instrument input, you can now record up to 2 channels at once. What makes the ¼” instrument input all-new? Its specially-designed gain and impedance stage to provide the most accurate representation of a guitar or bass plugged directly into the interface. For extra advantage, the AIR 192|4 contains the Crystal Preamps transparent, low-noise preamp and pristine A/D converters for 24-bit resolution digital audio with explosive dynamic range that captures every nuance and subtlety. For the cherry on top, the AIR 192|4 not only features a high-speed USB connection for providing the lowest round trip latency (2.59ms*) between your machine and your hardware, but it also features monitor mix control for listening directly to the source inputs, providing you with zero-latency technology.

The AIR 192|4 also comes complete with 2 powerful DAWs and a software package that includes Pro Tools | First M-Audio Edition and Ableton Live Lite. Great Federal Courts supplement
Format: Paperback
This E&E book really helped with Fed. Courts! Incorporate the public v. private law models/SOP and federalist v. nationalist paradigms which my professor used in the course. This version doesn't have some of the newer cases (TransUnion v. Ramirez). The standing section could have more info but standing is one of the easiest doctrines in fed courts. The Habeas Corpus, particularly the Teague Doctrine and AEDPA, section is excellent. The only big thing this book does not include are universal injunctions and the scope of remedies (outside of standing, anti-injunction act, and section 1983).
