As someone who monitors contracts in the public sector, many of my peers could benefit from this book and better design contracts to the advantage of their public entity. Incidentally, I was also involved in a heated discussion about data interpretation the same week I was reading this book, and was able to calmly defend and dominate the discussion until my opponent acquiesced. More important than dominating your opponent is the theme throughout this book that one’s argument must be genuine, and the logic tight. Additionally, as Prof. Trachtman reminds readers that these skills, like a weapon, should only be used for good. A great read!
