The Transit Van 40" Shallow Upper Cabinet can be added anywhere in the van but is perfect for areas where you want to leave some headroom, like over the sleeping area. This shallow depth lets you sit up in bed without bumping directly into cabinets, while still adding plenty of storage for clothing, gear, and more. This shallower depth even works for beds that are higher up with gear or bikes underneath and in the east-west orientation with flares.
The base of the Transit 40" Shallow Upper Cabinet is constructed from 3mm aluminum and finished with a durable powder-coat in black, with a total weight of just 25 pounds. The doors have push-lock compression latches that are easy to open and stay closed even on rougher roads, along with soft-close hinges that ensure smooth, quiet operation and hold the doors open hands-free so you can easily access your gear.
Designed specifically for high-roof Ford Transit vans, the Transit 40" Shallow Cabinet complements the interior angles for a cohesive look that doesn't leave big gaps behind the cabinet.
