The Jeep JT Stage 3 Suspension System is a coil spring 4" lift designed around 40" tires for Rubicon models and 37" tires for non-Rubicon models. This system is designed to be the most capable performance coil spring lift in its price category. Wheel and Tire Fitment:
Recommended tire size is limited by fender clearance. With higher clearance fenders or trimmed fenders, larger tires may be fitted. Bump stop spacing should be matched to the collapsed length of the shocks. Mismatched bump stop spacing and shocks will limit the available travel from the system.Notes:
Recommended addition of (8859-12) - Synergy Jeep JL / JLU / JT Sway Bar Link Disconnect Brackets on both Rubicon and non-Rubicon Models to maximize front wheel travel.Synergy MFG coil springs lift the vehicle the advertised height over stock based on a fully loaded JT Rubicon. Other JT models (Non-Rubicon/Mojave) will see more lift over stock. These coil springs do not lift taller than advertised. The stock rake based off the Rubicon model is kept to retain its load carrying capacity. If you prefer the vehicle to sit level when unloaded, Synergy recommends adding a small coil spacer to the front (up to 3-inches without affecting up travel or causing coil bind, 8017-075).
Synergy MFG is not responsible for maintaining finish of products. Environmental factors will affect rate of corrosion and wear for items advertised to be corrosion resistant. Synergy recommends using protective coatings for all items that will see extended outdoor and off-road use. Synergy has had great experience with the Fluid Film product and recommend it and similar products for any items susceptible to damage from corrosion. It is great for keeping double adjuster assemblies working like new and protecting shock bodies from the elements.
Recommended aftermarket shock fitment if not running Synergy Tuned Shocks.

Extremely enlightening!
Format: Paperback
A psychologist recommended I read this book as my daughter and I were having issues. Wow! What you'll find in this book will change your whole thinking about relationships with family members. Very enlightening as to why we all behave as we do and what affect our behavior has on the development of our children. A MUST read for every parent. I bought a copy for each of our children and grandchildren to read.

Some good advice
Format: Paperback
Roberta Gilbert's "Extraordinary Relationships" offers useful advice for dealing with family relationships couched amidst an examination of systems theory. Although it is more technical than a lot of self help, it can be used by a general audience.
Gilbert examines the theory of Murray Bowen, who countered notions of individual psychology (like those of Freud) with the theory that personality develops as a result of a family unit. The nuclear family, like a herd of amimals, reacts against each other, speaking a common language that is known only to them. Children raised in that family then detach from the family to form their own adult relationships, where dynamics may follow the family system.
In order to heal adult problems, the author offers some practical advice, like taking the time to observe old patterns as they crop up (family Christmas fights come to mind) with the dispassionate mind of an observer. The author states that individuals will better be able to understand family dynamics and their role in them by doing this.
I've read this book twice, and it has helped me better understand my family, and my role within it. I would recommend it for those who are seeking to better understand their family of origin, and what they can do to improve their present life through understanding the past.
