A layer of chalk can also be useful for preventing blisters and tears that form when you do fast repetitive motions such as kettlebell swings and kettlebell cleans.
Our chalk is 400 mesh, a bit lighter/crumblier than some chalk blocks at the same volume. These blocks made from the finer powder are better at getting into the grooves of the hand maximising your grip. For extra value we sell them as a case of 8.
