Kharkov Locomotive Works Russian and Mechanical Joint Stock Company (KhPZ RLMS)
was built in 1896 in an area called Balashovkoy, near the railway station was
built in 1895 by Southeast (Kharkov-Balashov) railway and on the basis of its
repair shops, especially for production locomotives for the southern Russian
railways. During the economic recovery 90s of the XIX century developed
considerably transport machinery. In 1891, the monopoly was broken on the steam
locomotive, which was concentrated in the 80s on the hold only Kolomna plant. In
the mid-90s parovozostroeniya unfolds in eight largest machine-building
enterprises of Russia, of which two factories (Kharkiv and Luhansk) emerged as a
specialist. The first locomotive (Aude) released December 5, 1897.

ГХПЗ-Харьковский Паровозостроительный Завод

Харьковский завод Русского паровозостроительного и механического акционерного
общества (ХПЗ РПиМО) был построен в 1896 году в районе, названном Балашовкой,
рядом с вокзалом построенной в 1895 году Юго-Восточной (Харьково-Балашовской)
железной дороги и на базе её ремонтных мастерских, специально для производства
паровозов для южнорусских железных дорог. В годы экономического подъёма 90-х
годов XIX века значительное развитие получило транспортное машиностроение.
Начиная с 1891 года была нарушена монополия на паровозостроение, которое было
сосредоточено в 80-х годах на оном лишь Коломенском заводе. В середине 90-х
годов паровозостроение развёртывается на восьми крупнейших машиностроительных
предприятиях России, из которых два завода (Харьковский и Луганский) возникли
как специализированные. Первый паровоз (Од) выпущен 5 декабря 1897 года.

Anyone who has facial psoriasis will tell you there are not a lot of products that you can put on your face without irritation or flareups. This soap is just what I needed. There are no irritating chemicals or perfumes in this soap. I have read other reviews that the soap does not last very long but there is a way to use it to make it last. First, I wet my face and then I wet my fingertips and rub my finger tips across the dry bar of soap and then lightly rub my face with my fingertips softening the plaques and then lightly wash with a soft cotton washcloth. It is not really moisturizing but not over drying either. I follow up with an organic vegetable-based glycerin oil to moisturize. This is the best product I have found yet.
