Blondme Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+ is a high performance powder lightener. This is the first powder lightener to provide up to 9 levels of lift on natural and coloured hair. It offers perfect neutralisation thanks to it's anti-yellow-agents which directly target the pheomelanin in hair to avoid unwanted warm or yellow undertones.

How to Use:

  • Always use in combination with BLONDME® Premium Developers.
  • Mix 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 (Ex: 30g BLONDME Premium Lightener 9+ and 45-75 mL BLONDME Premium Developer).
  • On-Scalp Application : BLONDME Premium Developer 2% (7 Vol.) or 6% (20 Vol.).
  • Off-Scalp Application : BLONDME Premium Developer 9% (30 Vol.).
  • Apply to dry hair and let develop for 20 to 45 minutes.
  • Additional heat is not recommended.
  • Visually check progress during development time.
