A.R.C 'Block 5' Cabernet 2022A note from the winemaker: Block 5 are more recent plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon on the Wild Dog Vineyard, going in on the northern tip of Block 5 in 1988. Block 5 is south facing on a gentle slope and ripens much later than Block 2. Grapes were all de stemmed and kept on skins in open fermenters for 5 weeks with a gentle plunge each day. then racked twice and sulphured once in the lead up to bottling. Only 53 dozen made.
