A few common sizes:
- 85mm - a stock Zetec 2.0 found in Focus, Contour, ZX2, etc is 84.8. When overbored .007", this brings the bore to 85mm
- 85.5 - Zetec bore to .027" oversize
- 87.5mm - Duratec / MZR and Ecoboost 4 cyl engines, 2.0 and 2.3 L. Stock bore
- 88mm - Duratec and Ecoboost 4 cyl engines, 2.0 and 2.3 L over bored .5mm or .01968" - might be stated ".020" over" nominal
- 88.5 - Duratec and Ecoboost 4 cyl engines, 2.0 and 2.3 L l - over bored .5mm or .03937" - might be stated ".040" over" nominal. Typically, overboring this amount would require the block to be resleeved.
- 89mm - Duratec / MZR 2.5 4 Cylinder Liter stock bore
- 89.5mm - Duratec / MZR 2.5 4 Cylinder Liter over bored .5mm or .01968" - might be stated ".020" over" nominal

Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.
