Alocasia cuprea or "Red Secret" is a dazzling miniature Alocasia that oozes sophistication. Native to the jungles of Borneo this plant is as tropical as it gets. A warm, moist and humid home will give this stunning plant the best environment to thrive.
Care
Light: A bright room, but indirect sunlight. Brighter light will earn you larger leaves.
Water: Alocasias hate wet feet, but they hate to dry out, too -- you'll see the stalks droop if it gets too thirsty. Give it a relatively small amount of water every few days, to allow even and constant moisture. Reduce watering during the Winter season.
Humidity: Likes a moist environment - a bathroom is ideal, otherwise misting often will be just as good.
