How To Use For Heat Therapy:
- Fill the bottle with hot, non-boiling water to the indicated fill line.
- Squeeze any excess air out of the bottle before tightening the stopper.
- Turn the bottle upside down before use to test for leakage.
How To Use For Cold Therapy:
- Fill the bottle with water to the indicated fill line.
- Squeeze any excess air out of the bottle before tightening the stopper.
- Place in the freezer to the desired temperature.
Care Instructions:
- Hand wash the bottle with warm water. Do not use detergent or oils.
- Completely dry the bottle inside and out before storing away with the stopper in place.
- Hand wash the knit cover in cold water with mild detergent and hang to dry.
