My Doberman (80 pounds in 7 months) puppy absolutely loved this ball. He loves anything noise making so this ball was perfect. Unfortunately, about 2 hours of nonstop play the cover was falling apart. There was no saving in. My pup is rough on toys and this one couldn’t handle it. But having to take the ball away from him was almost heart breaking. Those sad puppy dog ever and him looking everywhere for it. So I have a sad puppy and a lighter pocketbook. It was fun while it lasted.

The ball is still intact, the soft cover still on it, so our corgi never got to the squeaker - it just stopped making sound. Given the point of this ball is to engage a dog to chase after like it was squealing prey, the death of the squeaker is very disappointing.
