1. Design Deposit
   Your story begins with a €150 deposit, securing a tailor-made sketch and CAD design created exclusively for you.

2. Curating Materials
   Together, we select only the most refined precious metals and gemstones, ensuring that every detail reflects your taste and individuality.

3. Commissioning Your Masterpiece
   Once the design is perfected, we prepare the official commission invoice:

   • Creations valued under €5,000 are settled in full prior to production.

   • For commissions exceeding €5,000, we request ¾ in advance and the remaining ¼ upon completion.

4. Artisanal Craftsmanship
   Each jewel is meticulously handcrafted in the world-renowned Diamond District of Antwerp and refined in our own atelier in Hamme, blending heritage techniques with modern precision.

5. Certification & Lifetime Assurance
   Your jewel is delivered with full certification and a lifetime guarantee for stone setting and professional polishing—preserving its brilliance for generations. (Excludes accidental or external damage.)
