De Victron MultiPlus 24/1600/40-16 is een krachtige en betrouwbare 24 V omvormer en acculader in één, ontworpen voor installaties waar meer vermogen en comfort gewenst zijn. Met een omvormervermogen van 1600 VA levert dit model stabiele 230 V wisselstroom voor zwaardere verbruikers zoals keukenapparatuur, elektrisch gereedschap, laders en andere intensiever gebruikte apparaten in campers, boten en compacte off-grid systemen.

De geïntegreerde 40 A acculader zorgt voor efficiënt en gecontroleerd laden van 24 V accu’s, waaronder LiFePO4-accu’s. Zodra walstroom of een generator beschikbaar is, schakelt de MultiPlus automatisch over en worden de accu’s bijgeladen. Dankzij de beproefde PowerAssist-technologie kan deze MultiPlus tijdelijke piekbelastingen opvangen door extra vermogen uit de accu te leveren, zonder dat de netaansluiting of zekeringen worden overbelast.

Deze uitvoering bevindt zich in de hogere middenklasse van de 24 V MultiPlus-serie en wordt vaak gekozen als krachtige hoofdomvormer voor installaties waar betrouwbaarheid en continu vermogen belangrijk zijn. While the stand excels in many respect, one limitation is its lack of height adjustability. However, if height adjustability is important to you, you’ll find lots of other options for stands here on Amazon. Bottom line: I like it. Chances are, you will too.
