Wat d-mannose is

D-mannose is een monosacharide, oftewel een enkelvoudige suiker, verwant aan glucose. De stof komt van nature voor in fruit zoals cranberry, appel en perzik, vaak in kleine hoeveelheden. In tegenstelling tot gewone tafelsuiker wordt d-mannose door het lichaam maar beperkt als brandstof gebruikt. Het is goed oplosbaar in water.

700mg per capsule

Elke capsule levert 700mg d-mannose in een afgemeten hoeveelheid. Veel d-mannose wordt als los poeder verkocht, dat je eerst moet aanmengen. In capsulevorm vervalt dat: je neemt een capsule met water en krijgt telkens dezelfde hoeveelheid binnen. Het advies is een capsule, twee keer per dag.

Uit een natuurlijke suiker
