De kolf biedt daarnaast ondersteuning om de borstvoeding op gang te brengen via de stimulatiemodus. 

De kolfsessie bestaat uit 2 fasen en beschikt over 3 modi: de stimulatiemodus, de kolfmodus en de intensieve modus. De werking van de modi zijn gebaseerd op het natuurlijke zuigritme van de baby. Elke modus heeft 8 niveaus om de zuigkracht naar eigen wens en behoefte aan te passen. De zachte siliconen binnenschelp sluit goed aan op de moederborst en ondersteunt een soepele afkolving.

De Hands-free Borstkolf is discreet en stil - tot 50 decibel in de meest intense modus, waardoor je melk kunt afkolven waar je ook bent, zelfs 's nachts. 

Het melkreservoir bevat een maataanduiding (max. 120 ml) om bij te houden hoeveel melk je afkolft. Dankzij de speciale opening in het opvangbakje kun je gemakkelijk de afgekolfde melk afgieten. Voor extra hygiëne kan het opvangbakje open gemaakt worden om deze grondig te reinigen van melkresten. 

De borstkolf is eenvoudig te bedienen en de display toont de geactiveerde modus, het niveau en het laadniveau van de batterij. Handig, de kolf onthoudt de laatst gebruikte instellingen.

Belangrijk: De display is niet waterdicht. De Hands-free Borstkolf is een hygiëne product. Daarom is elke verpakking gesealed. De kolf kan na opening van de verpakking niet meer worden geretourneerd.

Let op: De onderdelen van de borstkolf zijn niet geschikt voor in de vaatwasser.

Let's just address the elephant in the room. My family says I am cheap, but I call it thrifty. Either way, I bought a couple of cork screws earlier that left like they would break at any moment when pushing down the arms, and after a few bottles, one arm did bend. So this time, i paid attention to the reviews and chose these cork screws as the review said they are solid quality. The review was correct. This design is pretty fool proof and easy for anyone to use. You do not need super human strength to pull the cork. Just remove the foil, screw the sharp coil into the cork until the arms have reached the top of their range, the place the bottle on a hard surface and push both arms down. Easy peasy. The bad openers I mentioned earlier did not have anything on the opener arms and the metal was thin. It did not provide a good feel. These cork screws have thicker arms and have a rubber grip on them which provides a much more comfortable operation. I would definitely recommend these cork screws for quality and value.
