Bereidingstips:
- Usucha (dunne thee): 2g Matcha op 70ml 75°C water, schuimend opkloppen naar voorkeur.
- Koicha (dikke thee): 4g Matcha op 30-50mm 75°C water, schuimend opkloppen naar voorkeur.
- Matcha Latte: Koicha aanvullen met 200ml schuimend opgeklopte warme melk en eventueel een zoetmiddel toevoegen. Eventueel bestrooien met een klein beetje Matcha.
