De wijn : Deze fantastische schuimwijn is volgens de traditionele methode gevinifieerd en is een blend van Molette en Altesse. In de mond fijne delicate bubbeltjes en tonen van wit vruchtvlees en witte bloemen. 

Bij blindproeverijen komt hij meestal beter uit dan echte Champagne !

Une histoire de passion

Ten westen van Annecy ligt de A.O.P. Seyssel, een kleine appellatie in de Savoie en vooral bekend om de ALTESSE- of Roussette- druif, de andere typische druiven van deze regio zijn de Molette en de Gamay.

Tussen het berglandschap ligt het bio-wijndomein van Pierre Alain Vionnet met een oppervlakte van 6 ha.

 

Sinds april 2019 heeft het Domaine de la Brune het certificaat HVE

(Haute Valeur Environnementale) bekomen.

 

Het speciale terroir van kleigrond met kalk zorgen voor een wijn met een uniek karakter. De afdronk is zeer lang en heeft de kenmerkende frisheid van minerale tonen die hoort bij een Savoie-wijn van hoge kwaliteit. Een echte aanrader!
