La resa in vigna è molto contenuta e dopo la vendemmia manuale viene effettuata una fermentazione in acciaio, seguita da un’affinamento di 4 mesi a contatto con le fecce fini nei medesimi contenitori. Ordered this as a gift for my son, who always seems to have a small pile of "stuff" accumulating on his bureau.
He is not a fan of leather, so this tray was perfect! And it was a great value for the price.
