  2. Glijden (glide): de joystick doet denken aan de van een game controller en stelt je in staat aan om je gedachten van je af te laten glijden
  3. Schakelen (flip): een schakelaar zoals je gewend bent om het licht mee aan of uit te doen. Wanneer je veel kracht zet zal je een harde flip horen, maar het kan op subtiel gedaan worden
  4. Ademhalen (breathe): gebaseerd op de ouderwetse 'zorgsteen'; zachtjes wrijven kan helpen om stress te verminderen
  5. Rollen (roll): deze zijde staat in het tekenen van rollen; er is een metalen bal en drie schakelaartjes die je kan rollen. De metalen bal kan je ook nog indrukken
  6. Draaien (spin): een draaiknop die dezelfde rustgevende werking biedt als vroeger. Verminder uw stress beurt voor beurt!
