How to use
Adults: Take 1 capsule, 1–3 times daily with food, or as directed by your practitioner.
Ingredients — per capsule
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) — 500 mg
Citrus bioflavonoids (e.g., hesperidin complex) — 75 mg
