The BD TrackMaster 68RFE Tranmission is built for robust reliability in high-load applications! Designed for modified Cummins-equipped RAM Trucks, the TrackMaster increases strength with a modified valve body, billet input shaft, and HD Billet OD Drum.
These modifications increase the torque capacity of the clutch packs, specifically with nearly 50 percent increased OD clutch apply! This is obtained with the oversized HD OD drum, combined with the BD Big Stack OD clutch pack, utilizing the ProTech68 valve body!
The Tranmission also receives a BD Diesel Deep aluminum pan, for an additional 4.5 quarts of fluid, helping to keep Tranmission temperatures cool while towing. Every TrackMaster 68RFE Tranmission package includes a billet multi-disc ProForce 3D enhanced stall Torque Converter and is dyno tested before shipping.

- ProTech68 gasket-equipped hard anodized valve body to eliminate internal cross-leaks
- TCC limit valve machined and sleeved to address high wear area, and eliminate leaks
- Billet steel sleeved SSV bore to eliminate common leak area in 68RFE
- Thicker steel BD accumulator plate to eliminate blowout and reduce leakage
- Heavy-duty cam and roller low-reverse sprag (one-way clutch) for increased sprag load capacity
- Billet input shaft for increased load capacity
- Billet 4c spring retainer for better snap ring retention
- Billet steel 2C piston girdle to allow increased clutch capacity and broader apply area
- BD QT100 billet steel pressure plates for increased clutch count, and reduced deflection and distortion
- Additional clutches for increased torque holding capacity (33 percent more C2 and OD clutches), for less slip under load
- BD Big Stack OD shaft for 16 apply surfaces
- Deep aluminum pan for an additional 4.5 quarts of fluid capacity to help keep temperatures lower
- Billet ProForce 3D multi-disc Torque Converter for reliable converter clutch apply under high load
- OD clutch has 8+8 clutches, Rev has 2+2, 2C has 3+3, 4C has 3+3, UD has 5+5, and LR has 7+7
