There are a few zones of spalting to a deep chocolate brown color. There's a minor wane edge just to the left of the annotation. This is a nice, solid block of Texas grown Black Walnut. She loves it

My dog loves this. I mixed plain yogurt and blueberries and froze the two cups. She went to town and it kept her busy for about 15 min. It’s easy to open compared to some of the other toys like this. Easy to clean too.
