Production Notes
Distilled in the South Pacific distillery in 1994 in a John Dore Pot still double retorrt (double thumper) configuration. 80% continuous still rum and 20% pot still rum. Aged in 40 year old muscat barrels supplied by Charles Sturt Winery in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, Australia.
