The 194 HP5 LED bulb is a high-power LED in a small package. Unlike other bulbs on the market this bulb is built with constant-current circuitry along with transient suppression. That means this bulb will last for years not months with no flickering or failure. And like every Diode Dynamics product it's backed by an industry-leading three-year replacement warranty. Brightness. At 92 lumens the HP5 will provide about triple the total light compared to your original 5W 194 or 168 sized bulb. This is quite a lot of light especially if you have multiple bulbs installed. If you're not looking for something this bright we recommend its little brother the HP3. Colors. In addition to vibrant colors of blue red amber and green the 194 HP5 is available in a number of white color options. These include a cool white 6000K warm white 3000K a 5000K or pure white and a 4000K or natural white. Outstanding TV backlight edition

This is an excellent addition to a TV backlight. If you go into the GOVEE app you can sync this device to a TV backlight with a camera. You can add up to five lights.
I recommend this for either a TV backlight or general ambience in the room at night.
UPDATE 2025: I actually have 4 of these.
3 of them I synced with the TV strip light/camera using the GOVEE app for TV watching.
The 4th one I use is on ambience lamp.
These are made very durable/easy to set up. These things are not cheaply made
I highly recommend

Look nice and were an easy setup.

Simple and do what they are supposed to do. I use them to add a bit of flare to my desktop setup for online meetings, etc. If I had to nitpick, I'd say cabling is always interesting to route to reduce desk clutter, but I am not going to remove a star for what pretty much has to be. They look nice too.

Good, but missing white (ww) hues hurt performance

I bought these lights just a little over a year ago, and overall I’m pleased with them. I bought them because standard strip lighting does not work well with the shape of my ultra flat TV, something I did not consider on purchasing the TV.
The lighting effects that these can produce are really impressive, at times you can see what appears to be the individual LEDs and the effects are somewhat more granular or pixelated than other lights from GOVEE.
The issue I have with these lights is that they are not able to produce cool, white and warm white, and they do not render colors like other bulbs from GOVEE. Colors on these lights tend to be brighter than every other light source I have from Govee, including their lightbulbs and their floor lamps. Although I knew about the white rendering, I did not realize how annoying it would be to see warm, white and cool, white rendered poorly on these TV lights. If you want to truly seamless and integrated looking product, I suggest you look elsewhere as these aren’t quite there. If you don’t care or are using these in a room where you don’t have any other light sources from Govee, then go for it — you’ll love them.

Stylish way to stay organized!

This tray is a perfect way to keep your everyday items organized and easy to find when you are getting ready for your day. No more wondering where you've put your keys, your glasses, your wallet, your watch or your every day wear jewelry like your wedding ring (if you have to remove it at night due to hands swelling or similar). This tray allows my husband to be ready to go quickly if we decide to spontaneously go somewhere. Its compact enough to fit on a night stand or a dresser, but still provides adequate spaces for your every day pocket items like a multi-tool or pocket knife, spare change, etc. Its well made and stylish too. I am very pleased with this purchase.
