This expressive blend marries the hearty, approachable character of Espadín agave with the rare and delicate Tobalá — a small, wild agave that takes 12–15 years to mature in the mountain highlands of Oaxaca.

The nose offers balanced citrus and herbal aromatics alongside bright green fruit. On the palate, the slow-roasted agave hearts deliver a gentle, rounded smokiness layered with earthy complexity and a hint of floral sweetness from the Tobalá. The finish is soft, long, and satisfyingly complex with a lingering whisper of smoke.
