The blend is made up of 66% wines from the 2021 harvest and 34% of reserve wines. Bottling took place in the spring of 2022. It is then aged on the lees for a minimum of 30 months before disgorgement and cellared for 3 to 6 months before release.
Dosage : 10 gr /L.
Winemakers since 1657, the Gratiot-Pillière family estate is located on the southern slopes of the Marne valley. The winery is now in the hands of the 11th generation of winemakers in the family, brothers Olivier and Sébastien.
