Since this brewer is part of the modern XTS series, it features a sleek touchscreen interface. The screen lets your staff access all the controls from one location and includes instant visual feedback during programming, diagnostics, or brew cycles. It allows streamlined programming and gives you data metrics. Also, customizable features let you set up the start screen and recipe names to fit the needs of your particular business.

For convenient use in a system of coffee brewers, this unit comes equipped with functions that make operating multiple units easy. It has button-to-button and brewer-to-brewer batch copying functionality to reduce the amount of time it takes to set up brewers. Also, programmed batch parameters can be saved onto a SD card (sold separately) for quick transfer to multiple machines.

This brewer features patented cascading spray domes. With this feature, water flows over the outside of each dome to distribute it over the grounds. Since there are no little drain holes for water to flow through, the domes can't become clogged due to hard water or scale buildup. This helps to reduce maintenance needs and service calls to save you time and money.

Made for high volume use in places like convenience stores, specialty coffee shops, or office coffee stations, this model brews up to 14 gallons per hour. It has a sleek stainless steel exterior that is great for front of the house areas like behind counters. It requires a 240V electrical connection and has an output of 4200-6100W.

IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
